For over 25 years, Dr. Cali Estes has been in the trenches with clients that battle addiction and vices that cripple them. Dr. Cali suffered from an Eating Disorder and food addiction that lead to a doctor prescribed diet pill addiction in the 90’s. She was forced to find a holistic path to recovery and tackle her demons using supplements, exercise and nutrition as medicine to feel better both physically and mentally. After getting herself well, she has adopted the use of supplements into her client’s lifestyle to help heal their brain and body. She has written a #1 best selling book with her husband called, “I Married A junkie’ that chronicals her life of addiction/recovery and her husband downward spiral into heroin addiction. Her second #1 best selling book, ‘The 7 Keys to Tap into the wealth Inside You’ was a hit for both the person suffering from addiction and the family members dealing with how to help them in recovery.
